At North Coast, restroom demand moves with the crowd. Each location must handle sudden rushes without long lines or blocked walkways, while remaining accessible for service without driving heavy trucks across protected turf.

PEAKS BETWEEN SETS
Restroom demand can change within minutes when one set ends and another begins. Placement must account for stage schedules, crowd size and the routes fans take between performances.
SERVE EVERY TICKET LEVEL

Different tickets come with different restroom expectations. The plan must support high-volume general areas while keeping upgraded facilities ready and exclusive for VIP and Platinum guests.

PROTECT THE TURF
Much of North Coast takes place across SeatGeek Stadium’s padded turf fields. Equipment must be delivered, placed and serviced without damaging the surface or interfering with stages, barriers and guest areas.
OVERNIGHT RESET WINDOW
Three festival days require three complete resets. After the crowd leaves, restrooms across the campus must be pumped, cleaned, inspected and restocked before the gates reopen.

OUR APPROACH

Instead of relying on one attendance number, we divide the campus into service zones. Stage schedules, expected walking routes, and food and water locations show where demand will build. We then match each zone with the right facilities, from high-capacity restroom banks to upgraded and behind-the-scenes options.

Before stages, fencing and security barriers change access, we map how service teams will reach each restroom bank. Placement is coordinated around approved entry points, turf restrictions and service routes. This keeps facilities convenient for guests, reachable for service and away from unnecessary vehicle traffic.
After the final set, our overnight team works through the campus zone by zone. Restrooms are pumped, cleaned, inspected and restocked. Handwashing stations are refilled, and premium facilities are prepared for another day. Before gates reopen, every area is checked and ready for the next crowd.
