North Coast Music Festival
Multiple Stages. One Moving Crowd.
For three days, thousands of fans move between North Coast’s stadium, indoor dome, outdoor stages and premium areas. Every shift in the crowd changes where restroom demand builds. This year, we helped organizers create a sanitation plan around that movement, supporting each guest area, protecting the turf, and resetting the site before gates reopened each day.
THE CHALLENGE
When the Music Moves, the Crowd Moves With It
At North Coast, restroom demand never stays in one place. As fans move between stages, food courts and premium areas, large crowds can reach the same restroom bank within minutes. Each location must be ready for the rush without creating long lines or blocking walkways. At the same time, every unit must remain reachable for service without sending heavy trucks across protected turf.
THE PROJECT AT A GLANCE
OUR APPROACH
THE END RESULTS
Ready Between Sets. Reset Between Days.
North Coast’s sanitation plan fit the way the festival operates. Restroom capacity was placed around crowd movement, each guest area received the right level of service, service routes limited traffic across the turf, and the campus was reset before gates reopened each day.
MATCHED TO EACH AREA
Restroom types and capacity matched each stage, ticket area and backstage need.

TURF PROTECTED
Planned routes kept equipment accessible while reducing traffic across protected surfaces.

READY EACH DAY
Overnight crews pumped, cleaned, inspected and restocked each restroom zone before the next day’s crowd arrived.
