Event Support Done Right

Support That Soars Above

When the jets roar over the lakefront, we keep the ground game strong with reliable porta potty solutions. Our expert team doesn’t just deliver units—they deliver peace of mind, so event organizers can focus on the spectacle in the sky. With prompt service, thorough cleaning, and strategic placement, we ensure every guest experience soars. For Gary Air Show Weekend, that’s event support done right—every time, everywhere.

Sanitation Secured

Our fleet is ready for takeoff: 65 porta potties, 15 ADA units, 15 hand-wash stations and 15 hand sanitizer stands are strategically deployed across the event grounds. We’ve got the logistics covered, so you can focus on the high-flying action above.

Fast Pit Stops, Fresh Facilities

Our staff is on-call throughout the weekend, making rounds to restock and sanitize so the facilities stay in top condition. The last thing you want is a pit stop that slows you down—we’re all about quick, easy, and convenient solutions.

Our Work Takes Flight

When the roar of the engines fades and the crowds head home, we’re still on the ground, wrapping up with the same professionalism we brought at sunrise. For the Gary Air Show, we’re right there ensuring every moment is as spectacular as the main event.

Sorry, Fido—no cannonballs today! Only leashed service animals are allowed in the swimming area. All other furry (or feathered) friends will have to cheer from the sidelines.
  • Beach Towels – For impromptu picnics, comfy seating, or fanning yourself when the aircraft engines make you swoon.
  • Chairs – Because grass stains on your shorts are so last season.
  • Sunscreen – Sunburn is the only thing you don’t want taking off here.
  • Water – Stay hydrated! You’re not the only one doing loops in the sun.
  • Earplugs/Headphones – For protecting your ears from jet engines (and overenthusiastic announcers).
  • Credit Card – For that irresistible impulse buy of a miniature F-22 or funnel cake.
  • Binoculars – For catching every barrel roll (and maybe a better view of the pilots, wink wink).
  • Aviator Sunglasses – Because you’ll want to look as cool as the pilots, and because squinting is overrated.
  • Wide-brimmed Hat – Your scalp deserves shade, too.
  • Camera or Smartphone – For capturing those Insta-worthy flybys (and the “Top Gun” selfies).
  • Notebook & Pen – For jotting down aircraft trivia, or the phone number of that fellow aviation enthusiast.
  • Portable Fan/Mister – For instant relief when the tarmac gets hotter than afterburners.
  • Flag or Windsock – So your friends can spot you faster than a radar lock.
  • Snacks – Airshows are long; don’t let hanger ground your enthusiasm.
  • Small Blanket – For chilly mornings, or dramatic “Pilot-In-Training” cape moments.
  • Temporary Tattoos – Planes, jets, or star shapes—because you’re here for a good time, not a long time.
  • Reusable Tote Bag – For all the swag you’ll collect (and to keep your hands free for high-fives).
  • Flight-Themed Trivia Cards – For challenging your crew between flyovers.
  • Bubbles – Because who doesn’t want to add some whimsy to the runway?
  • Mini Flag or Banner – For waving at pilots (bonus points for puns: “You’re plane awesome!”).
