This past year marked a monumental milestone for Service Sanitation — 65 years of keeping America clean, one portable restroom at a time. That’s six and a half decades of rolling up our sleeves, hitting the road, and doing the dirty work with pride. And you better believe we celebrated in true Service Sanitation style.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

Espressos, BBQ, & Ice Cream

The celebration kicked off in Gary, Indiana — the heart of where it all began. We brought the party, the fuel, and the flavor. A fully-loaded coffee truck rolled in to jumpstart the day, dishing out handcrafted espressos and caffeine-fueled smiles. Then came the BBQ — because what’s a celebration without a hearty lunch? And just when it couldn’t get any sweeter, the ice cream truck pulled up, stocked with deliciousness.

Threaded with Tradition

To commemorate the occasion, each Service Sanitation employee received a custom-designed 65th Anniversary T-shirt — a badge of honor and a nod to the legacy that our team has helped build together. It’s more than just fabric and ink; it’s a symbol of commitment, grit, and the pride that comes from doing essential work the right way.

More Celebrations To Come

Gary may have lit the fuse, but we’re far from done. Over the coming months, we’ll be bringing the party to every Service Sanitation location across our the Midwest from Milwaukee to Indianapolis. Because every branch, every team member, and every role deserves a toast to the incredible milestone we’ve achieved together.
