Meet Our Summer Interns

Each year the summer internship program provides college students with an overview of our company and allows them to explore their strengths and skill sets while matching them to real needs within an organization.  Various projects are assigned throughout the summer to allow them to interact with managers and provide them with a well-rounded view of how a large company operates. Interns also take part in our professional development  program, which reaches outside their day-to-day duties and covers topics such as problem-solving, how to effectively pitch a new idea to a supervisor, interviewing techniques and building a resume. We put all of this together because we believe so strongly in the professional development of our team and in building a solid internship program that builds a foundation for future success.
