Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll assist with various inbound sales inquiries, guiding customers to an ideal solution to their unique sanitation problem. This involves creating quotes, inputting large orders, confirming upcoming deliveries, and using our CRM to identify renewal opportunities. You’ll also provide support to the Account Management team whose role are often out in the field cultivating new opportunities.

To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be someone who thrives off building relationships, has a high commitment towards customer satisfaction, and thinks on their feet.


  • Maintain working knowledge of all products, services, and department policies and procedures with a deep understanding of customer needs in either construction, industrial or event industries.
  • Answer a high volume of 30-40+ inbound calls daily to assist customers and discuss their needs.
  • Create and maintain accounts by inputting a high volume of work order in with accuracy.
  • Prioritize and quickly respond to customer communications such as questions, complaints, or concerns.
  • By utilizing CRM, you’ll work to close inbound opportunities and document customer interactions as a way to improve communications and track your close rate.
  • Provide support to Account Managers by ensuring contract pricing is followed and contract requirements are met.
  • Provide customer support when needed from start to finish, ensuring everything is correct.
  • Work diligently with our customer service team to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions

  • 1- years experience in inside sales capacity with sales/ growth-oriented personality
  • Problem solving, Decision making, Negotiation & conflict resolution skills
  • Superior friendly, positive communication skills both oral and written
  • CRM program management experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
