Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service on all incoming calls
    • Process customer orders according to department policies and procedures
    • Maintain customer records by updating information accordingly
    • Help resolve any service or product issues that may arise in the field
    • Work closely with sales and operations teams to provide customer with timely resolution
    • Assist with billing questions or requests (explanation of bills, payment processing, etc.)
  • Close new business with prospective customers
    • Provide in-depth knowledge of available products and services to prospects
    • Partner with sales representatives to create quotes and provide pricing
    • Upsell additional products
  • Fulfill administrative functions as needed
    • Enter orders from sales team
    • Send service agreements to customers
    • Mail invoices

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
  • Highly developed sense of commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Sales skills a plus
